This 7-session program (just 10–15 minutes each) is designed to strengthen your core, improve mobility, and build a posture that supports your health and confidence. Drawing from yoga, Pilates, and barre practices, it helps you cultivate balance, stability, and freedom of movement. A strong core and healthy posture improve your breathing, prevent injuries, and support your nervous system—allowing you to feel energized and at ease in your body. About Matea Zelovic
Matea’s journey into movement and mindfulness began over a decade ago as she navigated the challenges of a chronic autoimmune disease. This experience sparked her passion for biomechanics and self-healing practices, inspiring her to train in Yoga, Pilates, barre, and Human Design. With over 10,000 hours of teaching experience across three continents, Matea is dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies and minds. Her mission is to empower others with practical tools for strength, balance, and inner calm—proving that with patience, practice, and self-care, lasting transformation is possible.
